Use the service lawfully and with your drawing partner’s agreement. Do not upload or draw unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not abuse the service, bypass room limits or attempt to access rooms that are not yours.
Your artwork
You keep the rights you have in your contributions. You grant only the permissions needed to store, display and deliver the drawing as part of the service. Collaborators should agree between themselves before publishing, selling or otherwise sharing jointly created artwork. The service does not determine which collaborator owns a joint drawing.
Invitation links and room membership
Each room has two places. Keep invitations private and share them only with your intended drawing partner. Membership is tied to a token in the joining browser. Clearing it can prevent rejoining a full room.
Save work you care about
Download important drawings. The service can experience interruptions, delayed synchronization or data loss. A room creator may delete the room, which also removes the partner’s access. There is no uptime guarantee or permanent archival promise.
Children and sensitive information
Children should use the service with appropriate adult supervision and subject to applicable age and consent rules. Avoid including sensitive personal information in artwork. DrawForTwo does not verify every visitor’s age.
Changes and applicable rights
Features or these terms may change as the service develops. The terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Send questions, copyright concerns and abuse reports to hey@drawfortwo.com. Describe the issue clearly and share only information needed to investigate. Do not send passwords or browser membership tokens.
